At Rise Wellness Retreat, we believe that everyone deserves time to break free from the outside world and just take a breath. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for you to put down the rocks you are carrying and just take a moment for yourself .

Welcome to Befriending Your Inner Child: Women's Inner Child Retreat!
Over a 3-day period you will get the chance to take a break from the responsibility of adulting and visit with your inner child with the purpose of reconnecting with your self in a holistic, healing way. This retreat is designed to help you explore your relationship with your inner child-tapping into what she needed then and what she needs now. Through reflection, community, and play, this retreat aims to guide you inward to listen with unconditional love and acceptance, give compassion to that little version of yourself that may be searching so frantically for it now, as well as encourage her (and you) to give permission for their to be fun and play integrated in to your life. Joy is a crucial part of childhood that is often muted or even stolen from children way too soon and is most definitely neglected in adulthood. This retreat aims create a space where your inner child feels safe enough to come out and play while also allowing you to connect with her to do some vulnerable healing work together.

Welcome to the Surviving to Thriving: Women's Trauma Retreat!
Over a 3-day period you will experience a break from the noise of everyday life and the opportunity to engage and reflect on your relationship with your inner wounds. This retreat is designed to foster healing, self-discovery, and empowerment within a safe group setting, a necessity for those who have encountered trauma and are seeking a pathway toward healing. True trauma healing requires a holistic, bottom-up approach, where you allow your nervous system to fully disengage with the chaos of the past and re-engage with the stability of the present. The house is nestled on the banks of the Sandy River, offering the perfect backdrop for regaining control, power, and presence in your life. Our facilitators, Melissa & Ashley, are prepared to guide your journey of self-reflection and transformation using materials, insight, and activities that will allow you to reflect, discover, and build skills. No, Rise Wellness Retreats are not therapy. While it is facilitated by individuals who are therapists, the classes and activities are not therapy. If you are looking for counseling services, please visit www.risetherapeutic.com
The cost of a Rise Wellness Retreat varies based on the location, length and activities. We aim to make the retreats affordable and accessible, however, we will not always be able to meet everyone's financial limitations. Each retreat will be priced based on the location and length.
A typical Rise Wellness Retreat will be between 2-4 nights.
Rooming scenarios will differ on the location. Most locations will require majority room sharing. This allows for there to be enough people to make the retreat affordable as well as encourages connection.
Our goal is to provide food options that will meet the need of most guests. The meals will allow for guests to create what works best for them such as a taco bar or build your own kabobs.
As much as we love our furry friends, pets cannot join us at the retreats.
While we love little ones, we ask you to not bring your children.
You will be responsible for all of your own belongings. We ask that you plan accordingly and not bring anything that you have concerns about others being around. You are welcome to bring electronics, but Rise Wellness is not responsible for anything that may happen to them.
